Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At MARAYA Perfumes, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain strict hygiene standards for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours of delivery only if:

You received a defective or damaged product.
You received the wrong fragrance.

To request an exchange, please contact us at marayaaperfumes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

If, upon inspection, the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, MARAYA will replace it with the same fragrance. If the product is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Exchanges cannot be processed if:

The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
The product has been used, damaged, or is missing its original packaging.
Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. However, due to the personal nature of fragrance products, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

To initiate a return, please contact marayaaperfumes@gmail.com and provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
